 |
Mark Milliken-Smith Q.C. acted on behalf of the Bath and England back row forward Michael Lipman in a 4 day disciplinary hearing before the Rugby Football Union. Lipman was acquitted of taking cocaine and giving the appearance of taking cocaine, but was found guilty of failing to take a drugs test at his Club without reasonable excuse.
