Nigel Lithman QC led James Ageros in the successful prosecution of two companies charged with breaches of Health and Safety Regulations following the collapse of one crane and destruction of another at the site of the construction of a Special Needs school in Sussex. Two of the crane erectors were killed and a third seriously injured. The conviction followed a two week trial in Chichester Crown Court in March.
