Stephen Ferguson is a highly sought after barrister who has an entirely defence practice. He is frequently chosen to represent household names from the worlds of entertainment, sport and organised crime. He defended Terry Adams – alleged by the Crown to be head of one of the most powerful criminal organizations in the UK. The money laundering case of Regina v Adams received sustained and high profile media attention. He has also appeared in a sensitive case in Iraq.
Ferguson leads in murder cases. He has a substantial appellate practice which includes professional negligence, headline murders and international drug conspiracies. He advises both individuals and companies in criminal and quasi criminal matters.
