Prosecution Work – Instructed by the Crown Prosecution Service, the Health & Safety Executive, the Inland Revenue and Customs and Excise. Counsel is on the Attorney General's A list of Prosecution Advocates and Grade 3 list of CPS Prosecutors
Represents Health Authorities on restricted cases before the Mental Health Review Tribunal.
Part-time Judge for the Mental Health Review Tribunal (since 2004).
Fee paid Ombudsman for the Financial Ombudsman Service.
