Tony Abell and Quentin Hunt have concluded the successful prosecution of R v Sami and others at Snaresbrook Crown Court; convictions were gained against all defendants in a tax evasion and mortgage fraud case known to be the largest direct taxation fraud ever prosecuted by the Inland Revenue.
