Timothy Kendal represented X group, a mortgage broking firm, before the Regulatory Decisions Committee of the FSA. FSA Enforcement had sought a prohibition from conducting regulated activity and a £100,000 fine. After oral representations the RDC rejected the entirety of FSA Enforcement's submissions and discontinued all proceedings against the firm.
