 |
Valerie Charbit leading James Harrison secured the acquittal of an insurance intermediary charged with 30 offences of dishonesty and using false instruments. The prosecution alleged that the defendant had taken money from clients over four years with no intention of incepting insurance and that he had forged documentation to conceal the fraud.
