Case concluded 15/2/08
After some 2 years the Crown dropped an allegation of murder against John Jeacock, represented by Mark Milliken-Smith QC and Valerie Charbit, accepting a plea to manslaughter. The case was acknowledged as an extremely complex case of baby shaking and impact, involving some 18 experts from the United Kingdom, Europe and America.
