William Clegg QC leading Craig Rush, instructed by Ian Ryan at Bankside Law Limited, defended Bruce Dodd who was charged with Health and Safety offences in relation to the deaths of two residents at Whiteley Village in a gas explosion. The Court acceded to an application that the trial would amount to an abuse of process because of the delay and stayed the indictment.
