Nigel Lithman QC, leading Michael Epstein secured the acquittal of Ricky Parrett on a charge of murder arising from the killing of a man on the Rowley Way estate, London NW8. He was the only Defendant of four to be acquitted following a six week trial involving 'cut-throat' defences, each defendant blaming the others for the multiple stab wounds inflicted on the victim.
